Top 5 of 2013 - Skincare

Hi lovelies! Hope you're all having a lovely week! Today, I'll be looking back at what saved my skin in 2013. Throughout 2013, I've been having trouble with dry skin and a bit of acne. So let's see what has helped me!

Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micelle Solution - I don't I have to talk much about this one, because every bloggers raves about it! It's a makeup remover that removes ALL of your makeup, and cleanse so your left with a fresh face and no makeup at all.

Origins Drink Up 10 minute mask to quench skin's thirst - When I went to the Sephora to purchase this, I was looking for the overnight mask, but it wasn't available. The lady suggested me this one: 10 minute mask to quench skin's thirst. It works wonder! Anytime you have dry skin, this will help. Put it on, wait for 10 minutes or more (I always put it on for more than 10 minutes or use it overnight as well), then rinse it off. This smells like apricot, which is wonderful smell. The tube might seem small but it will last forever.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Serum - 2013 has been the year that I have been trying out more skincare. The Body Shop is one brand that I recently truly discovered (thanks for blogs), and been loving. The Body Shop isn't that expensive and has great stuff. This serum is described as a pre-moisturiser. It's a great product for people with dry skin that get rids of dry patches. Plus, it sinks in quickly and isn't greasy.

Freeman Refining Facial Cleanser - This leaves my skin looking fresh, feeling super soft while fighting off acne. The smell of this is amazing - smells like pears. This is hands down one of the best cleanser. It will improve your skin texture and balance your skin. It is a very gentle cleanser as well. Hopefully it's not discontinued cause I rarely see it.

N7 Beautiful Skin Cleansing Balm - This a great cleansing balm that leaves face super soft. This balm has a light and lovely scent to it. Leaves dry skin feeling smooth. It removes all make-up as well.

Empties #1

Hi beauties! Missed you all so much! Goal for April: write moooore posts! Hopefully nothing will get in the way this time, cause I love blogging. :)

I'm so excited to show you some of empties that have been sitting in my MAC bag just waiting for me to write this post! So, let's go.

Make up remover wipes (Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes, Nivea Aqua Effect Gentle Cleansing Wipes, Maybelline Clean Express! Makeup Remover): I was impressed with all of them and I would repurchase all of them. They all did a great job at removing makeup but the one that stood out the most to me was the Nivea one. But all in all they're all really great makeup remover.

TRESemmé Rejuvenating Mud Masque: Since I've tried Macademia Deep Repair Masque all drugstore hair masque seems to do nothing for me. Or a huge difference, let's put it this way. Btw, it has a great smell.

Tarte Clean State Flawless 12-hr brightening primer: This was a good primer, I haven't tried that much face primer to say this is one of the best. But it was a good product for the time it lasted. I need to try more Tarte products.

Maybelline Dream Lumi: I feel like I was expecting too much from this highlighting concealer since everybody raves about it. I would say it was a decent concealer, but I did not notice anything major about highlighting/brightening.

EOS hand cream: This was a very nice hand cream. Not thick, very light with good hydratation and a very good smell. As all EOS products, very cute packaging also. I will probably repurchase once I finish the hand creams I currently have.

Nivea Pure & Natural Body Milk/Face care tester: I always seem to forget about my testers. Those were good but I don't think about purchasing them anytime soon.

Covergirl Clean Foundation: If you're in the market for a cheap foundation, this is a great option.

Revlon Colorstay Foundation: I don't get how so many people LOVE this foundation. I don't hate it, but I  just don't think it's worth all the attention that it's getting, way too liquidy (don't you see how messy the bottle is?) like seriously, ain't nobody got time for that. Also I love having coverage but with this I feel like I'm wearing a mask which is not very my thing, okay! But I mean I don't hate it, just not my ultimate favorite like everybody else.

Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micelle Solution: I'm sure you've all heard about this, but it's such an amazing product. I won't say much, but it's the best makeup remover/cleanser, literally removes everything.

Bath & Body Works Vanilla Beam Noel Shower Gel: The smell of this is the BOMB! I can't describe it, it's like cozy, well all I can say is that it's magical. I will buy this every year during the holidays cause I love it that much. Enough said.

Rimmel Gentle Eye Make Up Remover: For the price, it does a good job. This isn't my first time buying this and I will surely repurchase sometime soon.

Now that I have used up some product I can buy some more! YAAY! #bloggerprobs

Small collective haul

Hello beauties! I have been so busy the past weeks that I haven't been able to write any posts but hopefully I'll be able to manage my time better, even if I'm super busy. So I would like to do a collective haul for you.

So the first thing is a Bioderma kit. I've been wanting those 2 products for quite a while: Bioderma Micelle Solution Sensibio H20 and Bioderma Anti-Redness cream Sensibio AR, I've been especially wanting the super-hyped about, Micelle Solution. For 28$ (a 50$ value), I got those two amazing products!!

* Bioderma Micelle Solution Sensibio H20: Cleanses, removes make-up, soothes. AMAZING product will remove ALL your entire face makeup. Great for sensitive skin, skin doesn't feel irritated.

* Bioderma Anti-Redness Cream Sensibio AR: Reduces redness, intensely soothing, moisturises and protects.

* NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Cottage Cheese: I really Jumbo Eye Pencil's in Milk, but it wasn't sold where I bought this one.

* NYX Lipliner pencil in Auburn: This is actually my first lipliner, alot of people on youtube use it for red lips... So I tought why not give it a try?

* NYX Rouge Cream Blush in Boho Chic: Surprisingly this is my first cream blush and I love it. I've been using it everyday since I bought it. I will definetly try more cream blushes from now on. Gorgeous color.
